Peter Prothero has spent more than 40 years equipping leaders and churches. He led Equippers Church Surrey from 35 people to over 1,000 across four locations, then spent five years with the Equippers Global Team training pastors across Europe, Australasia and the USA. Since May 2024 he has served as Senior Pastor of Equippers Bristol, stewarding the church through a season of transition. He is the author of two books on leadership, with a third in development, and lives in Bristol with his wife Jacquie.
